"Advance Care Planning: Working Towards Success and Sustainability". This is a three day conference from the 22nd to the 24th of April, 2010.

The sessions/presentations relevant to intensive care include:

•         The ethics of advance care planning and end-of-life care
•         Whole session on End-of-life care and advance care planning in paediatrics
•         Getting doctors to communicate properly
•         Improving end-of-life care in the ICU: the transition from intensive to palliative care
•         Whole session on Not for resuscitation: how does it work at the coal face?
•         A hypothetical chaired by Malcolm Fisher
•         A workshop on how to have end-of-life discussions
