About ANZICS CORE's Software
To assist hospitals in collecting and submitting data required by ANZICS CORE, software has been made available to ICUs throughout Australia and New Zealand. This software program is called AORTIC.
While this software is primarily used to collect data for the APD, selected information for both ANZPIC and the completion of the annual CCR Survey can also by entered.
ICUs wishing to contribute to the APD are asked to use AORTIC as their data collection tool. This program is provided by ANZICS CORE free of charge.
AORTIC 9.2.4
Aortic 9.2.4 is a minor release to include changes to paediatric data collection. Please note that if you do not collect paediatric data, you do not need to apply this update.

AORTIC 9.2.3
Aortic 9.2.3 is a service release addressing some data entry issues discovered by some of our users including some data entry issues with Hospital / ICU Admission Source and Destination on Discharge as well as correcting a validation issue in the Interventions grid. 9.2.3 replaces 9.2.1 and 9.2 as an upgrade from any version of AORTIC after 7, so if you have still have 9.0.4 or have upgraded to 9.2 or 9.2.1 you can still run the upgrade to obtain all the latest fixes.
