APD Data Submissions

Current Submissions

The next data submission for the Adult Patient Database (APD) is due before close of business Monday 1st August 2010.  Data required for this submission should cover the following period:           01/07/2009 - 30/06/2010.

Minimum Data Set Requirements

To maintain the integrity of the APD, CORE has introduced minimum data set requirements for all quarterly data submissions.  For a list of the minimum data set requirements for each quarter, please see the below Excel spreadsheet.  This spreadsheet can be downloaded and saved on your computer for future reference.
