This year’s ANZICS Safety & Quality Conference will be held at the Crown Promenade Melbourne on Monday 14 October 2019. This year the S&Q Conference is an affiliated event prior to the World Congress of Intensive Care which is being held in Melbourne on 15-18 October.

The Conference Organising Committee is currently developing a program to appeal to a multi-disciplinary audience. The Conference will explore aspects of the deteriorating patient. Specifically, family and patient activation, the deteriorating patient in ED, measuring efficiency of RRS, in-hospital cardiac arrests, the afferent and efferent arms of RRTs. International delegates who may choose to attend prior to the World Congress on Intensive Care will be well catered for.
