THE ANZICS CLINICAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

The ANZICS Clinical Leadership Program is designed for emerging leaders in intensive care to refine their leadership purpose, develop skills to negotiate workplace challenges and explore strategies to influence organisational change.
The module on culture, communication and leadership is delivered as a two-day workshop with 20 hours of online learning and is part of the bespoke clinical leadership program which has been developed by a multidisciplinary faculty in partnership with the leading behavioral strategy firm NeuroPower. Early career clinicians working in the intensive care across all specialties are invited to attend.
